As you prepare for your trip to attend ICMS 2025 in Aruba, it’s important to make sure you meet all travel requirements set by the Aruban authorities. Below is a summary of the key steps and documents needed for a smooth arrival.
Entry Requirements:
– Valid Passport: All travelers must present a passport that remains valid throughout their stay in Aruba.
– Visa (if applicable): Depending on your nationality, you may require a visa to enter Aruba. Check Aruba’s official visa requirements here.
– ED Card (Embarkation/Disembarkation Card): All visitors must complete the online ED Card process prior to arrival. (Embarkation/Disembarkation) is a mandatory requirement for all individuals, including infants and children, entering Aruba. It is necessary to complete and obtain approval for this document.

– Sustainability Fee: Starting July 1st, 2024, Aruba will implement a $20 Sustainability Fee for visitors arriving by air to the island. This fee will support a number of projects aimed at enhancing and improving sustainability efforts on the island.
The sustainability fee will be charged through the online Embarkation & Disembarkation (ED) Card platform when one is completing the ED card to enter Aruba.
– Certificate of Yellow Fever Vaccination: Additionally, travelers from certain countries are required to present a physical copy of the International Certificate of Yellow Fever Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP), commonly known as the Yellow Card, as proof of yellow fever vaccination for passengers arriving from the following countries:
Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, Paraguay, Panama, French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, and Uganda.
Travelers from these countries must receive the yellow fever vaccine at least 10 days prior to their arrival in Aruba. The Yellow Card must be presented physically to the airline prior to boarding your flight to Aruba and may also be requested by immigration authorities upon arrival.
